Hello, and welcome to MyOwnBlog. This is my little place on the web where I share my thoughts and opinions on a variety of topics, primarily centered around the world of Pop Culture. I am an avid collector of comics and toys and I love cartoons, sci-fi, fantasy and action/adventure TV and movies. As such, the majority of my posts will pertain to these subjects. However, I may occasionally post thoughts on other topics as the mood hits.

I welcome your comments, questions and insights on any of my posts provided you observe some simple guidelines:

• Remember, opinions are simply that, opinions. No one is wrong or right and it is best to keep that in mind when commenting.
• Be respectful and polite - I don’t mind you expressing an alternative viewpoint. In fact, I welcome and enjoy it - as long as you do so in a respectful and mature manner.
• Be thoughtful - A good alternative viewpoint is something like, “I see your point, but… ” NOT “You’re stupid!” or “You suck!”
• No profanity - PLEASE, I wish to keep this site family friendly.
